Is it really free to join?

Yes. There is no joining fee, and the first 50 merchants get Merchant Membership free for 12 months. You only pay a Success Fee when a registered Club Member has a verified meal at your outlet.

What do I give Club Members?

A small welcome gift of your choice, for example a free coffee, drink or slice of cake. Members also earn FB Points from BestFnB at no extra cost to you.

Do I need QR codes on my tables?

No. One BestFnB Outlet QR at your cashier or door is enough. Members scan it when they pay.

How do I pay the Success Fee?

Simply by DuitNow QR, with no card fees and no complicated setup.

Are my walk-in customers charged?

No. The Success Fee applies only to verified meals by registered BestFnB Club Members.

Free to join. Your first months are free, and you only pay commission when a member has a verified meal.

Standard commission: 10% to 35% of the bill, paid only on verified meals. The higher the commission and the better your free gift for members, the harder influencers, F&B Advisors and members work to promote your outlet. After the first 12 months, terms are subject to changes.
