Member Guide

How to join, record your meals, earn FB Points and use your rewards. Keep this page for easy reference.

1. Join the Club (free)
  1. Go to Join the Club, or tap Continue with Google.
  2. If a friend invited you, type their code (e.g. VIP-MY-ABC123) so they get their reward.
  3. Spin the Spin Wheel and win 50–500 FB Points instantly.
  4. Your Club card shows your VIP number, your FB Points and your invite code.
2. Dine and Scan
  1. Find a place under Videos or Places. Tap the influencer's video first, so they get credit.
  2. Eat and pay as usual.
  3. Scan the BestFnB Outlet QR (“Members, Scan Here!”) at the counter, door or table with your phone camera, and log in if asked.
  4. Type the total you paid, take a photo of the receipt, and tap Record visit.
  5. Show the “Visit recorded” screen to staff to collect the free gift, if the place offers one.
3. Your FB Points
  • You earn 1 FB Point per RM1 you spend. 100 FB Points = RM1 in vouchers.
  • Up to 300 FB Points per visit, and 2 visits per place per day.
  • New FB Points show as pending for 3 days while the outlet checks the bill, then you can use them.
  • See everything under My FB Points & vouchers and My visits.
4. Forgot to Scan?
  1. On the same day, open Upload a bill.
  2. Choose the place, type the total and add the receipt photo.
  3. The outlet confirms it, then your FB Points are added. Up to 2 uploads a month. No free gift for uploaded bills.
5. Use Your Rewards
  1. Open Rewards and pick a voucher. You can exchange after you have recorded at least one meal.
  2. Tap Exchange in My FB Points; the FB Points are deducted at once.
  3. Dine voucher: tell staff before paying, pay the balance, then pick the voucher when you scan.
  4. Other vouchers (e.g. partner vouchers): your code appears under My vouchers; use it as described on the voucher.
6. Invite Friends – Member Get Member (MGM)
  1. Copy your invite link or code from your Club card, or share it on WhatsApp.
  2. Your friend joins with your code and records their first meal.
  3. You get a spin and win 200–500 FB Points instantly. No limit on how many friends you invite.
7. Club Rules
  • One account per person. Record only your own real bills.
  • Outlets can query a visit within 3 days; visits found to be wrong are cancelled, with no FB Points.
  • FB Points expire after 12 months without a recorded meal. They have no cash value.
