The broth is light, clean, and comforting — not too oily, with a gentle beef flavour. Hand-pulled noodles are the highlight: chewy, springy, and satisfying. The beef slices are tender, though I wouldn’t mind a few more in the bowl. Add some chilli oil and vinegar, and it really comes alive.
